When ordering sympathy arrangements through email or by phone, please provide these basic information:

When is the wake/funeral?

Where is the wake/funeral taking place? (Which Mortuary/Church)

To whom? (Deceased name)

From whom?

Message you would like on card or ribbon.

Arrangement code (This is underneath the photo. eg. S150-1)

Telephone number so we know who to contact for payment.
